IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING WINDOWS 7 & QUICKBOOKS 2010
Please be advised that Windows 7 is scheduled to be released on October 22, 2009. If you plan on upgrading to Windows 7, please be aware that Intuit ® and QuickBooks will only support QuickBooks 2010 products on the Windows 7 operating system. As a result, the import of data from QuickBooks versions 2009 or earlier will not be supported on machines running the Windows 7 operating system. Therefore, you should upgrade to QuickBooks 2010 at the same time you upgrade to Windows 7.
HOMEBUYER TAX CREDIT
New legislation has passed revising the first time homebuyer tax credit. The credit is now available for homebuyers who purchase prior to June 30, 2010. It has also been expanded to include taxpayers with greater incomes and those who are currently homeowners.
